Can the house be held until I am ready to move in?

In most cases, the house cannot be held for longer than one week.  Please discuss your specific needs with the leasing agent.

Are utilities included?  How much do they run?

No, utilities are the renters responsibility.  The utility bills can vary based on how much power you use.  You can contact Georgia Power and they can provide you with the average utility bills for the past year.

Who cuts the grass?

The renter is responsible for all lawn care.

Can we plant flowers?

Yes, you may plant flowers.

Are pets allowed?

Small to medium sized pets are allowed with a non refundable pet deposit.  Please discuss your pet needs with the leasing agent.

Are Water Beds allowed?

No, waterbeds are not allowed.

If we rented, can we paint the walls?

Generally, the painting of the house is handled by professional contractors.

Is a lease/purchase plan available?

At this time, the owners of the house are not interested in a lease/purchase plan.
